A decade of operative dentistry excellence and global recognition at Hamdard University
KARACHI: Hamdard University Dental Hospital has reached a remarkable milestone, celebrating 10 years of excellence in postgraduate operative dentistry training. Over the past decade, the department has trained more than 25 FCPS fellows, producing dentists equipped to meet international clinical standards.
Prof. Dr. Abrar, Postgraduate Supervisor, emphasized the department’s global impact:
“Our faculty and fellows have contributed over 60 local and international publications and presented cutting-edge operative dentistry cases that meet world-class benchmarks.”

Leadership and mentorship have been pivotal. Dr. Abrar expressed gratitude to Prof. Dr. Imran, Principal of Hamdard Dental College, for continuous support, and to Prof. Dr. Nadeem, who initiated the program a decade ago.
