M-Pros pathway webinar by AIDM empowers dentists with Royal College membership guidance
KARACHI: The Department of Prosthodontics at Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine (AIDM), in collaboration with the Pakistan Association of Dental Students (PADS), successfully hosted an engaging webinar on the Membership Exam in Prosthodontics (M-Pros Pathway), offering a comprehensive roadmap for dental professionals aspiring to gain membership with prestigious international institutions.
Held on August 11, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in an online format, the event provided in-depth guidance on pathways to membership with both The Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCSEng) and The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG). The session aimed to equip participants with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence required to excel in these competitive examinations and enhance their global career prospects in prosthodontics.
Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Naseer Ahmed, Head of the Department of Prosthodontics at AIDM and activity director for the event, the webinar featured an expert presentation by Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Dars, FCPS (R2) Prosthodontic Resident, and was facilitated by Dr. Shujah Adil, MDS, Assistant Professor. Their combined expertise ensured participants received both academic and practical insights into the M-Pros pathway.
The session highlighted:
