PDA Lahore to host high-impact workshop on dental implantology on July 21
LAHORE: The Lahore Chapter of the Pakistan Dental Association (PDA) is set to host a power-packed one-day hands-on workshop titled “Secrets of Dental Implantology” on Monday, July 21, 2025, at De'Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore. This immersive event promises to elevate practical skills in dental implantology with exclusive hands-on training and live demonstrations led by some of Pakistan’s most celebrated oral health experts.
Organized by PDA Lahore in collaboration with ImplantSwiss, the workshop will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering participants a unique opportunity to place implants on typodonts and observe in-depth demonstrations of dental implant impression procedures using both closed and open trays.

The event features a distinguished panel of speakers:
- Prof. Nabeela Riaz – Principal, De'Montmorency College of Dentistry; Chairperson, OMFS KEMU Lahore
Prof. Col (R) Muhammad Wasim Ibrahim – Vice Principal and Professor, OMFS, Foundation University College of Dentistry & Hospital, Islamabad
Prof. Khalid Mahmood Siddiqui – Head, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Islamabad Medical and Dental College
The workshop is coordinated by Dr. Asifa Iqbal, Dr. Shahzad Iqbal, and Prof. Nadia Bhutta, and is expected to draw dentists and postgraduate trainees from across Punjab seeking advanced learning in implantology.
