ORMARA, BALOCHISTAN: Dr Hera Nadeem, consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon and assistant professor at Bhitai Dental and Medical College, delivered an engaging health awareness lecture at Bahria College Ormara, Balochistan, focusing on the role of healthy habits in achieving long-term wellbeing. The session, titled Healthy Habits Lead To A Successful Life, was held on the invitation of the college principal and attended by students and faculty members.

Opening her lecture, Dr Hera defined health as a state of physical, mental, and social wellbeing, underscoring that true wellbeing requires balance across all three dimensions. She emphasized that physical health is deeply influenced by daily lifestyle choices.
