DUBAI: The 30th edition of the UAE International Dental Conference and Arab Dental Exhibition (AEEDC Dubai 2026) has concluded on a historic high, generating record-breaking dental business deals exceeding AED22 billion, reaffirming its status as the world’s largest and most influential annual event in dentistry and oral health.
The latest figures mark a new commercial milestone for AEEDC Dubai. By comparison, the 29th edition in 2025 recorded deals exceeding AED20 billion, making this year’s outcome the highest in the event’s three-decade history and a clear indicator of accelerating global investment in dental technologies, services, and innovation.
Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), AEEDC Dubai 2026 drew over 80,000 visitors and participants from 192 countries, bringing together 5,860 international brands represented by 4,316 exhibiting companies. The scale of participation reflected strong confidence in the global dental economy and Dubai’s growing role as a central hub for healthcare trade and innovation.
The exhibition was officially inaugurated earlier by His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice Chairman of the Dubai Health Board of Directors, who underscored AEEDC Dubai’s importance as a global platform for scientific exchange, professional development, and international cooperation in dentistry and oral healthcare.
A major highlight of the milestone edition was the Arab Republic of Egypt’s designation as Guest of Honour, symbolising the depth of UAE–Egypt cooperation in healthcare, medical education, and scientific research. Egypt was represented by Dr. Hisham Sitait, Chairman of the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, Medical Supply, and Technology Management (UPA), recognising the country’s growing influence in regional and global healthcare advancement.
From Pakistan’s perspective, AEEDC Dubai 2026 witnessed a strong and visible presence. Pakistani companies participated both under the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) umbrella and independently, while the Pakistan Dental Association (PDA) actively engaged in professional dialogue and international networking. Syed Hashim A. Hasan, CEO of Dental News Pakistan, was also present, reinforcing Pakistan’s media and professional footprint at the global dental stage.
On the final day of the exhibition, His Highness Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, visited AEEDC Dubai 2026. Accompanied by Ambassador Prof. Dr. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and the Global Scientific Dental Alliance (GSDA), Sheikh Saif toured international pavilions and leading company stands, including Egypt’s Guest of Honour pavilion.
AEEDC Dubai 2026 also celebrated excellence and leadership within the profession. The AEEDC Dubai Personality of the Year Award was conferred upon Dr. Tariq Khoory, Honorary Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and Consultant at Dubai Dental Services, Dubai Health, recognising his lifelong contributions to dental education and professional development.

Organised annually by INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions, a member of INDEX Holding, and officially supported by the Dubai Health Authority, AEEDC Dubai has evolved over three decades into a premier global destination where science, innovation, education, and business converge.
As AEEDC Dubai enters its fourth decade, the 2026 edition stands as a powerful testament to the event’s expanding global influence—driving commercial growth, fostering innovation, and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a world centre of excellence in dentistry and oral health.
