Day Care Centre at de’Montmorency College of Dentistry launched to promote family-friendly environment
LAHORE: In a significant step toward promoting inclusivity and work-life balance, de’Montmorency College of Dentistry has proudly inaugurated its new Day Care Centre. This facility is a special initiative of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, with the support of the Women Development Department, Punjab.
The Day Care Centre marks an important milestone in fostering a supportive, family-friendly working environment for faculty, staff, and students. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Nabeela Riaz, Principal of de’Montmorency College of Dentistry, the university has taken a commendable step to make its academic environment more inclusive and accessible to working parents, ensuring their children are cared for while they focus on their professional responsibilities.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by several distinguished guests, including Mr. Tariq Khan Niazi, Director of the Directorate of Women Development, Punjab, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saeed, Prof. Dr. Nazia Yazdani, Dr. Tahir Mahmood (President, PDA Lahore), Dr. Muhammad Bakht Yawar (MS, Punjab Dental Hospital), and other esteemed faculty members of de’Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore.
