Hands-on workshop on styleitaliano by IADSR highlights predictable aesthetic restorations
LAHORE: The Institute of Advanced Dental Sciences and Research (IADSR) successfully conducted a two-day hands-on workshop on Styleitaliano on 18th and 19th October 2025, as part of its 19th Professional Diploma in Advanced General Dentistry (PDAGD) program. The workshop was led by Dr. Salman Ashraf Khan, BDS, FRACDS (Australia), FCGDent (UK), Associate Professor of Operative Dentistry and Visiting Consultant Dental Surgeon at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Lahore.
Focus on minimally invasive aesthetic restorations
The workshop centered on aesthetic restorative dentistry, with a particular emphasis on Class IV restorations and diastema closures following the StyleItaliano philosophy of minimal intervention and predictable outcomes. Participants learned the art of achieving aesthetic excellence through direct adhesive composite resin restorations without aggressive tooth reduction.
