MIRPURKHAS: The Bhitai Group of Colleges celebrated independence month with a focused mental wellness session titled “Stress-Free Healthy Pakistan” on 13 August 2025, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to student well-being, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits. The interactive session was conducted by Dr. Lakesh Khatri, qualified psychiatrist, and designed to equip students with evidence-based strategies to build resilience and support a stronger, happier Pakistan.
The session emphasized the importance of early recognition of stress, practical coping mechanisms, and the adoption of daily routines that support mental well-being. Participants engaged with actionable guidance on managing academic pressure, improving sleep hygiene, and developing healthy social connections that foster long-term emotional health.
