ISLAMABAD: The HBS Dental College, in collaboration with ACPD Pak, is set to host VISIONARIES’25 – Young Doctors Leadership Summit on September 22, 2025, at the Pakistan National Arts Council (PNCA), Islamabad. With the inspiring theme “Empowering Healthcare Future Through Resilient Leadership,” the conference aims to nurture the next generation of medical and dental leaders through impactful sessions and expert-driven discussions.
This full-day event, running from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, will bring together thought leaders, healthcare professionals, and young doctors to address some of the most pressing issues in the medical field, including burnout, emotional wellbeing, medical jurisprudence, and leadership development.

- Session 1: Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing
Dr. Mowadat Hussain Rana, a renowned psychiatrist, will discuss the growing issue of burnout among young doctors and provide strategies for its prevention. - Session 2: Special Guest Lectures & Leadership Development
Dr. Faisal Sultan, Consultant Physician and CEO of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, will share insights on leadership and healthcare management, using Shaukat Khanum as an inspirational model. - Session 3: Leadership & Professional Growth

Mr. Asif Fareed, an expert in medical jurisprudence, will lead an important discussion on doctors’ rights, patient rights, ethical frameworks, and legal protections for medical professionals.
