According to reliable sources, PDA Karachi’s General Secretary Dr. Feroz Jahangir has approached PDA Central Council President Dr. Khurshid Ahmed, seeking guidance on governance and financial autonomy to ensure smooth functioning at the branch level.
The letter seeks clarification about the status of constitution and working of branches, the procedure to organize events by the branch, and most importantly guidance on handling funds for events and conferences, given the lack of a dedicated PDA Karachi bank account.
